Susan Horne is a stand-up comedian from Staunton, Virginia, bringing big laughs and an even bigger heart to stages across the region. A Rockbridge County native, Susan was voted “Funniest Female” in her Class of 1991 — and she's been making people laugh ever since.

With a degree in education from Radford University and 8 years of teaching experience, Susan spent years making students and colleagues laugh before taking her gift to the stage. Now a full-time mom, tutor, and comedian, she draws her material from the hilarious realities of everyday life, family, and the journey of showing up authentically in a world that often tells us to be smaller.

Susan's comedy is clean, relatable, heartfelt, and unapologetically joyful. Her signature style combines sharp observations with genuine warmth, leaving audiences feeling like they've spent the evening with their funniest friend. When she's not on stage, you can find her on a pool float surrounded by friends, finding new material in life's absurdities.
